Job Description:

The Global Financial Crimes Proficiency Coach Manager provides broad oversight to a team of coaches who support financial crimes investigators.   This role oversees all coaching efforts, reviews daily, weekly and monthly production, in addition to ensuring the coaching is quality based.  This job is responsible for ensuring substantive money laundering, economic sanctions and fraud compliance and operational risk practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Financial crime compliance support experience is essential

• Team lead experience required

• Able to support team in various time zones

• Demonstrated strong leadership and coaching skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated commitment to improving the team

• Able to adapt to change and various working environments

• Consistently shows pride in themselves and their work

• Skilled at building team partnerships 

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word; SharePoint, Webex, Mattermost

• Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialists (CAMS) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certifications a plus
