The Opportunity
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences across cultures, countries and teams? Join us as our Global Employee Experience Manager and help shape a workplace where people can thrive, connect and do their best work. Trócaire is seeking a Global Employee Experience Manager to join our People and Culture team in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, on a Specified Purpose Contract (approximate duration 1 year). In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver a global employee experience strategy that strengthens engagement, culture, connection and performance across our organisation.

What we can offer you:
Trócaire offers a competitive package of salary (range €70,000-75,000 per year) and benefits including pension scheme and life assurance. We have an excellent range of work life balance friendly policies including hybrid and flexible working.
You will report to Director of People and Culture. The job opportunity will be offered on a Specified Purpose Contract (approximate duration 1 year) based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare[1]. As part of your role, you will manage a team of two professionals.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a competency-based interview. Interview questions will be based on the competencies outlined in the job advertisement and job specification.
