Sobre esta vaga de Global Demand Generation Manager na Payhawk
Company Mission
Payhawk is one AI-powered spend management platform for scaling businesses — corporate cards, expense management, procurement, and accounts payable, unified in one place. We serve finance teams across 32+ countries, cutting month-end close time and reconciling 99.7% of transactions with zero manual touch. AI runs through the platform as core infrastructure, not a bolted-on feature — and we hire the top 1% of talent in every function to keep building it that way.
Why Payhawk
Payhawk, where the bold builders make an impact.
We're not a family, we're a high-performance team — and that's deliberate. We debate, ideate, and push each other to be better, because the best ideas come from direct feedback. We've already made history as Bulgaria's first unicorn, but the ambition doesn't stop there: if you want to grow fast - own it; do not wait for it.
Give: Honest opinions, real ownership, a focus on outcomes.
Get: A front-row seat to a market leader in one of the fastest-moving industries.
The role, in one line
You will build, scale and optimise global demand generation for one of Payhawk's GTM pod products, either Accounts Payable or Procurement, working directly with the CMO.
What you will own
Outcomes you will drive
- Pipeline and MRR for your product, across New Business and Expansion
- MRR and the number of Named Accounts won
- Pipeline from Named Accounts
- A consistent flow of "Engaged" Named Accounts each month
- Higher Engaged-to-SAL conversion rates, through highly relevant campaign motions
- Pipeline from ABM at a strong ROI per euro spent
Responsibilities
- Demand-generation strategy: Define how to generate demand for your product across new business and expansion motions.
- GTM Pod leadership: Steer a cross-functional marketing team (a "GTM Pod") alongside a Product Marketing Manager, and make the decisions on demand-generation initiatives.
- GTM Pod reporting: Contribute to monthly reports and leadership discussions, especially to justify spending decisions and marketing ROI.
- Budget ownership: Own the budget, deciding how to split it across demand-generation and demand-capture channels and initiatives to get the best cost-efficiency and marketing ROI.
- ABM strategy and architecture: Define the campaign structure, hypotheses, personas and targeting, in line with the new Named Accounts structure in the Revenue Org.
- Account funnel design: Build and maintain the framework and rules for how accounts move through each ABM funnel stage.
- Growth-focused execution: Launch campaigns quickly, test continuously and refine based on real-world feedback.
- Content creation: Create the key campaign assets (ads, emails, landing pages), and work with the Content Team on localisation.
- Multi-touch, multi-channel orchestration: Run campaigns across channels including digital ads, outbound email and gifting.
- AI-powered personalisation: Use AI and martech tools to tailor messaging and campaigns to each account segment.
- Performance analytics: Track and analyse how campaigns perform, and spot opportunities to optimise.
- Playbook development: Turn what works into repeatable models that can scale globally.
- BDR alignment: Work closely with the BDR team so ABM signals inform their outreach and drive conversion.
- AE alignment: Work closely with the AE team so MQLs are followed up quickly and well, and the pipeline you create gets won.
