Job Description
Le/la Gestionnaire des Données Clients assure la création, la mise à jour et le contrôle des données clients dans les différents systèmes de l’entreprise. Il/elle garantit la qualité et la fiabilité des informations nécessaires aux activités commerciales et transactionnelles, tout en contribuant à l’amélioration continue des processus de gestion des données clients.
Responsabilités principales
Créer, mettre à jour et maintenir les données clients dans les systèmes ERP et CRM conformément aux procédures définies.
Vérifier la complétude, la cohérence et l’exactitude des informations avant leur intégration dans les systèmes.
Assurer le suivi et le traitement des demandes liées aux données clients provenant des équipes internes.
Maintenir les hiérarchies et relations clients selon les règles de gouvernance établies.
Réaliser des contrôles qualité et contribuer à la résolution des anomalies de données.
Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue des processus, procédures et outils de gestion des données clients.
Profil recherché
Diplôme Bac+3 à Bac+5 en gestion, commerce, administration ou domaine équivalent.
Première expérience professionnelle (1 à 3 ans) en administration des ventes, gestion de données, support commercial ou fonctions similaires.
Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel.
Connaissance des environnements ERP et CRM appréciée.
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
Niveau d’anglais professionnel et bonnes aptitudes relationnelles pour collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés.
Fourchette de rémunération : 30 000 € – 35 000 € brut annuel
