Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.

About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join the Grand Suites at Four Seasons in Macau, which continues to set the benchmark for luxury hospitality in the region.

In October 2020, the Grand Suites at Four Seasons debuted as an all-suite tower featuring 289 suites, with a Forbes Five-Star rating since opening. The Grand Suites represents a new generation of bespoke luxury, privacy, and elevated service on the Cotai Strip. As the first in Macau to pioneer a refined range of specialized butler services complemented by curated in-suite experiences, it delivers authentic moments that embody the timeless, intuitive, and generous hospitality synonymous with Four Seasons.

This role sits at the Planning Committee level and reports directly to the Regional Vice President and General Manager based out of Four Seasons Hotel, Macau. The successful candidate will lead the team to focus on product innovation and deliver luxury experiential services as the majority of the business is driven by our ownership group through Casino Marketing.

The General Manager will inspire and lead the operational team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for. The role carries full accountability for the overall guest journey while collaborating with the owner through its Casino Marketing and Customer Experiences teams to deliver best in class service.

This position provides strategic leadership across all areas of the hotel, fostering a culture grounded in character, integrity, and excellence. while upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing for both guests and employees.

What You Will Do:

• Develop, in collaboration with key stakeholders, strategic plans and initiatives to ensure the achievement of the hotel’s goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the property owner, demonstrating exceptional leadership and sound judgment while balancing stakeholder expectations and safeguarding the interests of Four Seasons.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership to enhance both employee engagement and guest experience. Guide and inspire senior and mid-management teams to continuously elevate performance in Forbes, LQA/Qualtrics, maintain the product and Four Seasons standards.
• Champion talent development by implementing comprehensive training and succession planning programs across all departments, ensuring a strong pipeline of capable leaders and operational continuity.

What You Will Bring:

• Currently serving as a General Manager, with a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese a must.
• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Forbes Five-Star and LQA product and service standards, with a strong track record in delivering world class luxury experiences.
• Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing, diverse teams, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Ability to work closely with ownership to attain shared goals
