The role includes a deeper focus on diagnosing system failures, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supporting compliance with safety and regulatory standards through preparation for internal and external inspections.

  • Perform a variety of general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, installation, and repairs.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and day-to-day support to less experienced maintenance technicians to promote consistent work quality and safe work practices.
  • Participate in cross-training within the Facilities department to provide support across various functions as needed.
  • Assist in Drone maintenance as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving organizational needs.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and components.
  • Understanding of measurements and mathematical applications.
  • Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently with initiative and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
