Full-Time General Dentist — Medford, Long Island

Location: Raio Dental Medford | 1739 N Ocean Ave Suite D, Medford, NY 11763
Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM + Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Compensation: 33% of adjusted net production + $800–$1,000/day ramp-up guarantee for the first 4–6 months
Payer Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS)

United Dental Corporation (UDC) is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join Raio Dental in Medford, Long Island.

This is an opportunity for a dentist who wants to practice comprehensive dentistry, build long-term patient relationships, and have the clinical autonomy to diagnose and treatment-plan based on their own clinical judgment — while benefiting from the operational resources and support of a larger dental group.

The practice serves a healthy mix of PPO and fee-for-service patients and offers a consistent five-day schedule with strong opportunities for a provider who wants to grow within an established Long Island practice.

Clinical Autonomy + Growth

Our doctors maintain autonomy over diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care, while the practice team and UDC provide support with scheduling, patient coordination, recruiting, credentialing, and day-to-day practice operations.

We’re looking for a comprehensive General Dentist who is comfortable taking ownership of their patients and treatment plans.

Experience with implants, clear aligners, endodontics, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry is valuable but not required across every area.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a dentist who communicates well with patients, takes ownership of treatment planning, and wants to provide comprehensive care while developing long-term patient relationships.

The ideal provider is comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with the broader dental team and is interested in becoming a long-term part of Raio Dental Medford.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New York Dental License
• Active DEA Registration required
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
• Comprehensive treatment-planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
