As a Gen AI Architect (Healthcare) - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, guiding strategic decisions and solving complex business problems.

As a Senior Manager, you will apply your skills to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams, and solve complex challenges. You will leverage your influence and network to craft and convey impactful messages, validate outcomes with clients, and direct teams through ambiguity. Your ability to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations. You will be part of a dynamic environment focused on AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions, where your strategic advising and problem-solving skills will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and development of advanced data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights for healthcare clients
- Applying strategic advising to drive data-driven decision-making and solve complex business problems
- Utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to enhance predictive modeling and data analysis
- Directing teams through complex data analysis and statistical modeling to inform strategic decisions
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story through data visualizations
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to improve data solutions
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and data lakes to support large-scale data processing
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in data science workflows
- Coaching and motivating teams to embrace change and develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive environments
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within data engineering projects

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering

12+ years of relevant technical/technology experience, with a focus on GenAI projects.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

Proficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data wrangling techniques.

Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
