As a GCP FullStack - Senior Associate, you will engage in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET
- Implementing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies to improve software quality
- Managing application lifecycle and software project planning to meet client needs
- Utilizing API Management and Microservices for seamless enterprise application integration
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and software integrity
- Collaborating with teams to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Applying analytical thinking and creativity to solve complex software engineering challenges
- Engaging in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes to streamline development workflows
- Building client relationships and providing support to address technical queries and issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Developing applications using JavaScript, Python, and C#.NET
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Designing microservices architecture for scalable solutions
- Managing API integrations and RESTful services
- Excelling in client management and business requirements analysis

- 4+ years of experience in software engineering.

- 4+ years of hands-on GCP experience.

- Deep proficiency in frontend frameworks (React.js, Redux Toolkit, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend development in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).

- Extensive experience designing REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs with API Gateway, Apigee, Cloud - Endpoints, and serverless patterns.

- Hands-on experience with GCP services including Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud - Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, Firestore, API Gateway, Cloud CDN, Identity Platform, IAM.

- Experience with asynchronous task processing (Celery) and event streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub).

- Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines at scale using Cloud Build, Cloud - Deploy, and Firebase Hosting.

- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Config Connector).

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, Cloud Run).

- Strong understanding of application security (Identity Platform, IAM, Cloud KMS, Cloud Armor) and cloud governance.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Practices.

- Prior experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
