• Provide the back-office services to the front-line team in managing Prudential’s business partner network in nationwide (around 250 general agency offices (GA), transaction (TO), sales offices (SO))

• The daily operations include processing requests from GA Directors/GA Partner for opening new office, relocating/closing/transferring office; handling complaints/incidents/crisis from Central region.

• The team is also responsible for developing policies and manual to manage the GA network, organizing annual/quarterly workshop/event for GA Directors, as well as providing management reports.
Team cũng chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng các chính sách và hướng dẫn để quản lý mạng lưới TĐL; tổ chức hội thảo / sự kiện hàng năm / hàng quý cho Giám đốc TĐL, cũng như cung cấp các báo cáo quản lý TĐL.
• The position is responsible for planning and conducting on-site quality audit for all GA offices nationwide, ensuring all corrective actions are timely and properly tracked and followed up. The position will also work with Prudential’s management to report on non-conformance and corrective actions as well as highlight areas of good practices for continuous improvement and compliance. Where applicable and in-case of significant non-compliance, position will also schedule ad hoc visit to GA office to follow-up non-compliance issue.
Vị trí chịu trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch và thực hiện chương trình kiểm tra chất lượng cho tất cả các văn phòng GA trên toàn quốc, đảm bảo mọi hành động khắc phục đều được theo dõi và cập nhật kịp thời và chính xác.
