As a Fundraising Volunteer, you will help raise vital funds and awareness for Waythrough by supporting a wide range of community, challenge, and event‑based fundraising activities. You will play a key role in engaging supporters, reaching out to potential individual, corporate, and education partners for sponsorship, and helping to organise both local and national fundraising events. You will also contribute to our corporate engagement work by identifying potential company partners, researching employer‑supported volunteering (ESV) opportunities, and gathering insights that strengthen our corporate fundraising and volunteering programmes.

Waythrough was formed in 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Together, we’ve created one of the largest mental health and social support charities in England. 

Every year, we support around 125,000 people through nearly 200 services – and it’s all made possible by our 3,500 brilliant staff and volunteers.
