Join a team that is shaping the future of AI-powered applications. As a Full Stack LLM Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and modern full-stack technologies.

You'll work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges, contribute to AI-driven products, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in Python, Generative AI, and full-stack development while working with emerging technologies in a dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI agents.
• Build and maintain end-to-end full-stack solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Develop and integrate AI agent workflows and orchestration frameworks into business applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate APIs, AI models, and data services to create intelligent user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability across the technology stack.
• Implement security, governance, and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design decisions, and engineering best practices.

 

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AI Agents and Workflow Integration.
• Experience developing and deploying applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge of full-stack development principles and modern web application architectures.
• Experience with API development, integration, and cloud-based applications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

 

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with Node.js and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products or enterprise applications.
• Experience in Digital Full Stack Development.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, prompt engineering, or model evaluation frameworks.
• Exposure to AI architecture, governance, and model deployment strategies.
• Experience working with vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or model serving frameworks.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.

 

Salary Range: AUD $80,000 - $85,000 (exclusive of superannuation)
