Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and agile methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and efficient problem-solving within a cloud-first environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Ensure code quality and system reliability through thorough testing and documentation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Experience with both frontend and backend development technologies related to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and agile development practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components within Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
