About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, indoor and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of Front Office Manager :

We currently have an opportunity for a Front Office Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco.

Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office, Guest Services, and related guest-facing departments while delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. This role plays a key leadership function in maintaining Four Seasons standards, driving operational excellence, and maximizing guest satisfaction and departmental performance.

The Front Office Manager oversees daily front office operations, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures, effective handling of guest requests and concerns, personalized recognition of VIP, Elite and returning guests, and flawless execution of service standards. The role works closely with all hotel departments to coordinate guest experiences, support group and VIP arrivals, and ensure a consistent luxury experience throughout the guest journey.

Responsibilities also include leading and developing Front Office teams, driving employee engagement, recruitment and retention initiatives, monitoring service quality and LQA standards, overseeing departmental scheduling and productivity, supporting revenue-generating initiatives through upselling strategies, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and audit requirements. The Front Office Manager contributes to the hotel's financial success through effective cost control, labor management, and collaboration with commercial and operational teams.

Our Ideal Front Office Manager Candidate Will Have:

Candidates should have previous management experience within Front Office operations in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and service-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing high-performing teams. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

You will possess a strong understanding of Rooms Division operations, guest service excellence, revenue optimization, and departmental financial management. Experience with guest engagement platforms, quality assurance programs, scheduling, and operational reporting is highly desirable. Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications is required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.

Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is required for this role, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
