About the role 

As Front Office Agent at Domes Noruz Kassandra, you will play a key role in delivering excellent guest service and keeping reception running smoothly every day. You will welcome guests, manage check in and check out, answer guest questions and make sure every guest enjoys a pleasant and memorable stay. 

What you will do 

Guest service 

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and departure. 

• Carry out check in and check out efficiently. 

• Share information and answer questions about hotel services, facilities and amenities. 

• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly, escalating when needed. 

Reservations, room allocation and upselling 

• Process reservations, cancellations and changes. 

• Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability, following your supervisor's guidelines. 

• Upsell room upgrades and additional services to grow revenue. 

• Promote hotel facilities such as restaurants, bars and the spa. 

Payments and cash handling 

• Manage billing, including payment collection, room charges and invoices. 

• Keep accurate records of all transactions. 

Communication and coordination 

• Answer calls and emails professionally. 

• Work with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, for seamless guest service. 

• Keep up to date with hotel services, the local area and events so you can give guests accurate information. 

Administration 

• Keep the front desk clean and organised. 

• Keep guest records up to date in Opera. 

• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures and other key figures. 

Guest satisfaction 

• Act on guest feedback to keep satisfaction high. 

• Gather feedback through guest interactions and share ideas for service improvements. 

Requirements

What you will bring 

Essential 

• Good spoken and written English. A second language is a plus. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues. 

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

• A problem solving approach, an eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet. 

• Strong multitasking skills to handle calls, requests and walk in guests efficiently. 

• Respect for diversity and inclusion in a professional setting. 

Desirable 

• Previous experience in front office or guest services, ideally in luxury hospitality. 

• Experience with Opera or other property management systems and hotel software. 

• A degree or diploma in hospitality.
