Pay Rate: $27.80 per hour
📍 Location: El Segundo, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist employees with questions and coordinate requests with HR, Administration, and other teams.
- Direct candidates to recruiters as needed.
- Provide support for Southern and Nothern CA
Onboarding Support
- Assist new hires with ADP onboarding, collect uniform sizes, and coordinate uniform requests.
- Assist with new hire paperwork and required orientation courses.
Data Entry & Records Management
- Maintain accurate employee files, BSIS records, and documentation for active and terminated employees.
- Organize employee folders, update records, and follow up on outstanding documents.
- Forward employee paperwork to HR and prepare and mail final documents to terminated employees.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Uniform & Inventory Management
- Manage uniform inventory, process requests, and order supplies for California sites.
- Coordinate uniform shipments through FedEx or USPS, including deliveries to Northern California locations.
- Work with road supervisors to coordinate deliveries and provide estimated arrival times.
- Inspect returned uniforms, arrange dry cleaning, and remove damaged items from circulation.
- Provide weekly uniform updates and communicate order and delivery status to Account Managers.
Office & Administrative Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office and front desk area.
- Coordinate office and client site supply requests.
- Assist with shipping
- Support HR and Administration with outgoing calls, data entry, document preparation, filing, and other administrative tasks.
