Requirements

• French C2 and English B2 or higher.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM/ticketing systems.
• Organized, customer-focused, proactive, flexible, and resilient.
