We are looking for a passionate and experiencedย French Faculty / French Language Trainerย to deliver high-quality French language education across different proficiency levels. The role involves classroom teaching, student engagement, examination preparation, and career-focused language training.
The ideal candidate will have strong command of the French language, excellent teaching and communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. You will play an important role in helping students develop their French language proficiency and prepare for academic examinations, interviews, and professional opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and high-qualityย French language classesย across different proficiency levels.
- Provide individual attention to students and effectively clarify academic and language-related doubts.
- Prepare and conduct focused training sessions forย DELF and DALF examinations.
- Train nurses in French language skills required for interviews and professional opportunities in French-speaking healthcare environments.
- Prepare and share comprehensiveย class notes, learning materials, exercises, and assignmentsย with students.
- Monitor student participation, progress, and learning requirements.
- Maintain and submitย attendance recordsย accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with mentors regarding homework, assignments, and student follow-ups.
- Complete assigned academic and administrative responsibilities within required timelines.
- Conduct professional and engagingย demo classesย for prospective students.
- Participate in interviews and assessments of prospective French faculty members when required.
- Contribute ideas and subject-matter expertise to new academic programs, projects, and curriculum initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve teaching methods, learning materials, student engagement, and academic outcomes.
- Support academic and operational activities as required to ensure smooth program delivery.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ years of experienceย in French language teaching, training, tutoring, or a related academic role.
- Strong proficiency inย French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience teaching French to students across different proficiency levels.
- Strong understanding of French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation, reading, and writing.
- Experience preparing students forย DELF/DALF examinationsย is highly desirable.
- Experience training candidates for French-language interviews or professional opportunities will be an advantage.
- Strong classroom management and student-engagement skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to different learning abilities.
