Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Fraud & FinCrime Operations Director for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank!

THE ROLE

You own the operation that stands between the bank and every kind of financial crime it will ever face. Every fraud alert, every disputed transaction, every CDD and EDD check, every fincrime case runs through the teams you lead, and how well they perform decides whether the bank catches what it must or lets it through. You set the standard the whole function is held to, and you are the one who proves, every single day, that the license is earned.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define operational standards for fraud alert and case handling across the function
• Own performance and service delivery across fraud operations end to end
• Oversee triage and investigation of L1 fraud alerts
• Ensure timely handling of transaction disputes and fraud claims
• Manage escalations of complex fraud cases to the fraud risk unit
• Ensure timely handling of transaction disputes, fraud claims, and CDD/EDD checks
• Monitor fraud operations SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics across fincrime teams
• Ensure complete case documentation and audit readiness at all times
• Drive process improvements and automation across fraud workflows
• Coordinate closely with Risk, Compliance, Customer Operations, and Product teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 12+ years in fraud operations or banking operations, including 4+ years leading fraud or operational risk teams
• Experience managing operational fraud case volumes and escalation frameworks
• A proven track record improving fraud operations efficiency and effectiveness
• Strong knowledge of CDD/EDD requirements, transaction monitoring, and AML red flags
• The credibility to represent fraud operations to Risk, Compliance, and senior leadership
