Title: FPGA Design and Verification Contractor
Term: Long-Term Contract/Perm Possible

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years developing complex FPGA-based digital designs using SoCs with embedded processing, high-speed interfaces, and custom IP
- Perform FPGA verification and documentation
- Ability to read schematics and apply verification methodologies
- Translate system-level requirements into FPGA design specifications
- Write high-quality SystemVerilog to meet performance, quality, and schedule targets
- Develop and execute test and verification strategies for FPGA designs.
- Drive best practices for design quality, development processes, and continuous improvement
- Create modular, reusable, synthesizable and verification IP for current and future projects
- Support debug and defect resolution, including validation, logging, and root-cause analysis
Skills:
- Experience with ARM-based systems, build tools (make, git), and CI/CD
- Experience with Questa, Vivado, and Github Actions
- Experience with FPGA, firmware, and embedded system testing
- Xilinx design (Block Design, AXI IP) and custom IP integration
- SystemVerilog, Python, TCL, Bash
- Knowledge of embedded protocols (I2C, QSPI, UART, PCIe, etc.)
- Familiar with BMC management and protocols (IPMI, MCTP, PLDM, Redfish)
- Experience with ARM-based systems, build tools (make, git), and CI/CD.
