THE JOB:
As a Fountain Worker for The Chef Truck & Side Betty Grill at Park MGM, you will set a vibrant stage for our guests with your welcoming smile and prompt, friendly service across our high-energy quick-service outlets. By understanding our guests' unique stories and on-the-go needs—whether they are grabbing Roy Choi's famous street-food-inspired tacos or enjoying late-night premium burgers—you will own their dining experience to create WOW memories, working hand-in-hand with your team to maintain Park MGM's refined, non-smoking hospitality standards

THE STARTING RATE: $15.6236 USD Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments
• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in work station, counters, tables, etc.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• 1+ years of experience as a Food Handler in a similar, High-Volume, Fast paced restaurant preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a similar guest service role preferred
