Reflex Robotics builds general-purpose, AI-powered humanoid robots for the toughest jobs in industry.

We’re focused on jobs that are genuinely hard on the human body: lifting 40-pound bags of dog food, loading boxes for an entire shift, and moving heavy materials from floor to high overhead shelves. Not just lightweight tasks in controlled environments. Actual, back-breaking work.

Factory and warehouse work demands more. The hardware needs strength, reach, precision, speed, and the battery life to be useful across multiple shifts. It also needs to deliver a clear return today, not in some hypothetical future. Our robot costs $32K at development volumes today.

We build the full robot stack ourselves, from cameras and compute to actuators, electronics, and software. Our custom-built supervision stack helps handle the hard parts of deployment, from real floor variability to keeping work moving without line disruption. That supervision also generates proprietary real-world data that helps improve autonomy over time.

We are a four year old startup backed by Khosla Ventures and a team of other great investors. Our team includes alumni from Anduril, Oculus, Amazon, Waymo, Skydio, Boston Dynamics, ASML, MIT, Jane Street, and Joby Aviation.

What We’re Looking For
We have robots deployed with happy customers. We've proven that the technology works and that customers want it. Now we need someone who can help us scale from our first deployments to 1,000 robots in the field.
We're looking for a founding sales hire who operates more like an entrepreneur / business owner.

What we're looking for:

• Relentless. Finds a way to get things done. Doesn't take no for an answer easily.

• Extreme ownership. Doesn't wait for instructions, leads, or a playbook. Takes responsibility for results and does whatever it takes to deliver.

• A killer at closing. Able to navigate complicated organizations, and turn conversations into signed contracts with a high sense of urgency.

• Smart and technical. Learns quickly, understands how our robots work, and can have credible conversations with both warehouse operators and engineering teams.

• Gets their hands dirty. Will walk a warehouse floor, figure out where robots can add value, and work alongside our engineers to get deployments across the finish line.

• Ambitious and competitive. Wants to build something massive. Excited by the idea of personally driving the first 1,000 robot deployments and building the sales organization that takes us to 10,000.

• Loves our customers. Has genuine respect for the manufacturers and logistics operators who quietly keep America running. They're the reason the products we love get made, our shelves stay stocked, and almost anything can show up at our doors with the tap of a button.
