Sobre esta vaga de Founding Content Strategist na Siena AI
Meet Siena
Siena is the Agent of Record for CX, built for consumer brands like Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen, and Grüns.
It runs as a connected multi-agent stack on top of a shared intelligence layer: agents that sell, support, listen, handle social and voice across the entire customer journey, turning every conversation into signal you can act on.
The team
We are a small, fully distributed, global team. We have built leverage into how we work, which is what lets a team this size move at the speed we do.
We hire athletes. Everyone here owns real outcomes, defaults to writing over meetings, communicates with directness, and acts the moment they see something worth acting on. Low ego, high standards, fast clock.
If you want to set the bar rather than follow one, keep reading.
The Role
Siena is shipping faster than the market can absorb, and the words are not keeping up. The market learns about what we build too late, and when it does, the writing doesn't do the product justice. Today launch content is written by the founders and the growth team between everything else, and nobody owns it.
With several product launches back to back over the next two quarters and a Founding Creative Director coming in to own the visuals, we need one person who owns every word Siena puts in front of the market: founder-led LinkedIn, the company voice on socials, launches, blog posts, announcements, the scripts behind our videos.
You decide what we say, where, and how often, and then you write it. There is no content team underneath you and no copywriters to hand things to. You make the thing.
What You'll Do
You own all of Siena's content: if it goes out under the Siena name and the market reads it, you wrote it or you signed off on it.
You set the strategy for founder-led LinkedIn and the company's own social accounts, write the posts, and own what they do.
You ship every product launch with its words ready, announcement, blog, social sequence and founder posts, working with the Creative Director so the words and the visuals land as one thing.
You write the scripts for every product video and marketing video, from the launch film to a 30-second product clip, and the Creative Director brings them to screen.
You study trends and top performing posts, in our category and outside it, and turn that into a point of view the team can act on, not a swipe file.
You know which content moved something, why, and where to double down, and you kill what doesn't work without being asked.
You use AI in every part of the work, research, drafting, analysis, distribution, and move faster than a content team would. Your taste is the final filter.
Who You Are
The Bar: If you're missing any of these, this isn't the role for you.
Published writing you can show across blog posts, launch announcements, social, and video scripts.
You have shipped content as the only writer at a company or brand, with no team or copywriters behind you.
You have worked in eCommerce or marketed to consumer brands and understand how their teams operate.
Strong Signal: Not dealbreakers, but what separates a good hire from a great one.
You were writing professionally before the current AI tools, and you can tell the difference between a sentence that sounds right and one that's true.
You can point to writing that changed what someone did, e.g. the line that got a head of CX to book the demo, the founder post that got forwarded inside a company, the launch that landed.
You use AI in every part of your work and none of it reads like AI.
You measure your own work and change course on the evidence, not on taste alone.
You have run founder-led or executive content before and can show what it did.
Nice to Have: Bonus, not required.
CX experience in eCommerce, on the brand side or the vendor side.
You have marketed AI, automation, or customer experience products.
Not a Fit If:
You need a content team or copywriters underneath you to produce output.
You think content strategy is a calendar. A calendar isn't a point of view.
You are anti-AI, or you use AI and ship the first draft. Both are disqualifying.
Your best work happens on a slow, protected timeline. Here it's multiple launches in flight and feedback in hours, not weeks.
Why Siena?
Real ownership. You will own problems, not tasks, with the autonomy to solve them your way and the trust to do it without a manager in your inbox.
Work that ships and matters. What you build reaches real consumer brands fast.
A category we are creating. The Agent of Record is new ground, with unsolved problems and cutting-edge models, not a crowded field to compete in.
A team that respects your judgment. Globally distributed, async-first, low bureaucracy. We hire adults and treat you like one.
Great salary plus equity or stock grants. Own a piece of what you build.
Learning budget. If you are growing, so are we.
AI-fluency by default. Few places will push your work with production AI further or faster.
Our values
The people who thrive here are curious, customer-obsessed, and take ownership without being asked. They fix problems first and explain later. They're direct about feedback - both giving and receiving it - because they care more about getting things right than being polite.
They maintain high standards while moving at startup speed, and they build real relationships with teammates because they know that's how great work gets done. When things get tough, they adapt and keep pushing forward.
Our approach to AI
The people who thrive here treat AI like a natural extension of themselves. They've built their own ecosystem of agents - some for research, others for debugging, writing, analysis, or writing code. They know which AI works best for what problem.
Everyone gets premium accounts (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity Pro, Cursor, Lovable) plus a quarterly budget for new tools. But the magic happens in how we share knowledge. Demo days where someone shows off a clever workflows. Slack threads about which model handles a specific use case better. Learning from each other's AI workflows.
At Siena, we're not just looking for people who can do a job. We're looking for people who want to break boundaries, create the future, and reshape industries. If that's you, we look forward to your application.
