Primary responsibilities include:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
• Transport subassembly and raw materials to the warehouse for storage.
• Organize the warehouse for optimal performance.
• Maintain first in/first out (FIFO) material rotation system.
• Create/Receive Standard Transfer Orders (STO’s).
• Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods throughout the facility.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts, reporting any issues to management.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately documenting material movement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

·      Be punctual, professional, and follow safety policies and procedures on the job.  

·      Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

·      High School Diploma or Equivalent

·      Minimum 1 years’ experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

·      Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

·      Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

·      For safety and business purposes, must have communication skills including reading, writing and must be able to communicate to others as well as be able to receive communication from others.

·      Proficient in the safe operation of various types of warehouse equipment such as stretch wrap machines, etc.
