UTA seeks a Fleet Associate responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the agency’s picture car fleet. This role oversees daily fleet logistics, vehicle prep and maintenance scheduling – including associated administrative work – in support of the agency team and acts as the central point of contact for transportation department drivers who are picking up or returning vehicles, providing a smooth experience and flawless customer service.

Applicants should be familiar with dealership service/sales department dynamic. Working with a variety of vehicles, this person needs to have mechanical skills, experience and passion for vehicle detailing and an understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules. Candidates should also take pride in maintaining a clean vehicle warehouse, be able to efficiently prioritize and execute fleet needs and have strong time management skillset.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

• Serve as final touchpoint and face of the company for production contacts, building and maintaining strong relationships and providing strong customer service that reinforces the reputation of the company in the industry

• Manage day-to-day fleet needs, ensuring that on-screen vehicles receive appropriate prep for on-screen use

• Organize and execute fleet maintenance, including on-site care and execution of vehicle service needs

• In partnership with Fleet Manager and Fleet Director, provide client with accurate and up-to-date information on fleet activities

• Support Fleet Manager and Fleet Director in all fleet needs and proactively identify needs to maximize efficiency

What You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience in fleet management and maintenance

• Knowledge of a variety of vehicles, both ICE and EV, and the maintenance needs of each

• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Excellent customer services skills

• Clean driving record

• Frequently move about the warehouse and lot to access vehicles, equipment, and workstations

• Operate and maneuver a variety of vehicles

• Position oneself to inspect, detail, and service vehicles, including reaching, bending, and working at ground level or in confined areas

• Move or handle equipment and supplies weighing up to [25/50] lbs.

• Work in an environment with varying outdoor and indoor conditions, including exposure to weather, noise, and cleaning or automotive products

• Communicate effectively with drivers, production contacts, and team members
