By joining our team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, in a hybrid way from our office location in Bucharest, Brasov or Iasi.

Collections Officer:

• Manage customers’ expectations;
• Reconcile client’s accounts;
• Initiate collection activities via mail/ phone and manage the customer portfolio (within the agreed credit terms and credit limits);
• Provide information of credit worthiness to customer service when required;
• Input notes on payment agreements, do daily follow-ups and reinstate accounts when payment is received.

Record to Report:

• Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation;
• Audit own data entry for accuracy and applying the necessary corrections. Can audit the inputs/actions of team members, providing operational feedback;
• Conduct data verification to ensure the required result;
  

Skills that make your work successful:

• Good communication, written and oral, proficient in French and English ( B2/C1);
• Experience in Finance (Collections, Accounts Receivable) preferred;
• Good use of Excel;
• Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details;
• Proactive, positive attitude and approach;
• Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team;
• Bachelor's degree is required.
