About the opportunity

As a Finance Systems Administrator at Teads, you will manage and support our core finance systems, including NetSuite, Planful, Lease Query and FloQast. You will play a key role in ensuring these systems run smoothly, supporting finance users, resolving technical issues and improving processes across a global organisation with 50+ subsidiaries.

Working closely with the Finance Systems Manager in London and the Director of Finance in Gurugram, you will help maintain system configurations, integrations, reporting and security controls.

We are also looking for someone curious about AI and automation, who can identify opportunities to reduce manual work across reconciliations, reporting, data extraction and user support while maintaining appropriate financial data controls.

What will you do?

  • 1. NetSuite Functional Support

    • Maintain NetSuite modules and integrations, including Tipalti, Coupa and Concur.

    • Monitor integrations and investigate and resolve failures.

    • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and security settings.

    • Maintain GL accounts, segments and chart of accounts configurations.

    • Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards and reports.

    • Manage system enhancements from initial request through to release.

    2. Planful Administration

    • Monitor the daily Planful–NetSuite integration and resolve failures.

    • Maintain GL mappings, account levels and company dimensions.

    • Prepare and load exchange rates for review and approval.

    • Support monthly Planful–NetSuite reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

    3. User Support

    • Provide first-line support to NetSuite users.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.

    • Train end users on new features, modules and best practices.

    • Maintain requests, issues and resolutions in the Service Desk.

    • Develop how-to guides to address recurring user queries.

    4. System Maintenance

    • Monitor NetSuite performance and identify improvement opportunities.

    • Plan and conduct release testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

    • Conduct regular data audits, clean-ups and user access reviews.

    • Administer FloQast, including user management, troubleshooting, new company setups and enhancements.

    5. Projects, Customisation and Development

    • Work with the Finance Systems Manager and developers on custom fields, forms, workflows and scripts.

    • Test new customisations against business requirements.

    • Troubleshoot workflow and scripting issues, including stuck approvals.

    6. Process Improvement and AI

    • Identify and implement automation opportunities across NetSuite, Planful and FloQast.

    • Use approved AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to improve reconciliations, data extraction, reporting and user support.

    • Review AI-generated outputs before using them in finance processes.

    • Document automation processes and share best practices with the team.

    • Gather and document business requirements for new projects and enhancements.

    7. Compliance and Security

    • Follow data security policies across NetSuite and connected systems.

    • Use only company-approved AI tools and protect confidential financial and personal information.

    • Support SOX controls, including access reviews, change documentation and audit evidence.

    • Act as a point of contact for audit queries relating to system access, configuration and changes.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Your skills and experiences
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    • 8–10 years of hands-on ERP experience, ideally in NetSuite administration or support.

    • Strong understanding of core accounting concepts, including general ledger, chart of accounts, multi-currency, revaluations and intercompany transactions.

    • Working knowledge of NetSuite saved searches, SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow.

    • Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and SUMIFS-style formulas.

    • Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini for analysing data, writing queries or scripts, and automating tasks.

    • Good understanding of data privacy and security when working with financial information.

  • Bonus points
    • Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency organisation.

    • Experience in a publicly listed company with SOX requirements.

    • Familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteQL.

    • Experience with Planful, FloQast or similar FP&A and financial close tools.

    • NetSuite Administrator certification.

  • You connect with our values:
    • Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.

    • Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren’t 100% clear.

    • Obsess About Outcomes: You’re outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.

    • Evolve Through Change: You’re adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.

    • Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it’s our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.

What We Offer
