The Job:  

As a Financial Controller, you’ll be part of our Finance team.    You’ll get to:  

• Manage the entire accounting, finance, and costing functions of the company
• Ensure that financial reports are prepared in line with SEF accounting policies and meet local legislative requirements
• Deal with various internal and external parties such as the tax department, audit firms, banks, etc. on various financial issues
• Audit and make improvements to the internal control system of the company
• Support the General Manager in the preparation of annual budgets, management and cost reports.
• Champion various company wide programs such as inventory reduction, cost reduction, cash flow management etc.

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting is required. CPA/MBA/ACCA is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of working experiencewith at least 3 years in a managerial position in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of Taiwan government and customs laws and regulations, accounting system, taxation, especially in manufacturing accounts.
• roficient knowledge in excel, PPT and financial systems (ERP, Hyperion etc.).
• Fluent in English
• Performs work with a high level of integrity and trust
• Mature, pro-active, strong leadership, with analytical mind and strong business sense.
