The Finance Controller is responsible for managing all finance and accounting activities for Japan while actively participating in day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires a hands-on finance professional who can balance strategic business support with detailed accounting execution, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with local statutory requirements.

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience : 8-15 years of finance and accounting experience.

• Experience in a Finance Manager, Controller, or Senior Accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of Japan accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Experience in multinational companies and matrix organizations.

• Manufacturing and industrial sector experience preferred.

Preferred Skills: (Optional)

• CPA, US CPA, equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience working with Shared Service Centers is highly preferred.
