 日本国内工場運営のプロセスにおける財務責任者のサポート
2　財務責任者不在時の経営陣とのコミュニケーション
3　財務責任者が不在の場合、リージョン(アジア地区)・マネジメント・チーム（グローバル）と連絡を取る。
4 損益計算書の作成およびリード
5 固定費・変動費コントロールのリード
6 予算作成プロセスのサポート
7 内部・外部監査のリードまたはサポート
8 各プロジェクト費用のプロセスのリードまたはサポート

Finance Manager

Company: GKN Driveline Japan Ltd (Head Office & Tochigi Plant)
Location: 2388 Omiya-cho, Tochigi City, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the financial operations of our manufacturing facility in Japan. This role will work closely with local management, the Asia regional finance team, and global stakeholders to drive financial performance, cost control, budgeting, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support to finance managers in operation process

2   Perform communications with company management team, when managers are not available

3        Perform communications with region management team, when managers are not available

4          Lead (and prepare) Profit and loss result analysis

5          Lead fixed cost and variable cost control

6          Lead or Support for Budget creation process

7          Lead or Support for internal / external audit process

8          Lead or Support for an ad-hoc project process

Required Skills and Education

必須要件
製造業での経理・財務経験7年以上
自動車業界経験者歓迎
管理会計・原価計算・予算管理の実務経験
日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
グローバルチームとの会議・レポート対応
Excel、Word、PowerPointの実務スキル
歓迎要件
公認会計士（CPA）
USCPA
SAPやERPシステム経験
外資系企業での就業経験
工場経理（Plant Controller、Factory Controller）経験

Required Qualifications and Experience
 
Minimum 7 years of accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong experience in management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Ability to communicate directly with overseas supervisors and global teams.
Strong PC skills, including:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
US Certified Public Accountant (USCPA)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Experience working in a multinational or global organization
Plant Controller or Manufacturing Finance experience
