Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Field Service team with full accountability of running the day-to-day field service activities and to overachieve customer expectations. Each day, you will create, implement, and review field service operations strategies for designated area(s) based on the global service business strategy. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer focus, understanding sense of urgency, and care in your area of responsibility.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Services Division in Cheonan, South Korea

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer service experience in field service activities.
• Driving continuous improvement of field service quality, enabling a first-time-right implementation.
• Steering performance of the field service activities by following up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving corrective actions based on them.
• Guiding a continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence in your area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong technical background with relevant experience in field service, service engineering, or related engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of field service operations, service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Strong customer engagement with the ability to identify service sales opportunities.
• Experience in managing service performance and operational KPIs.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Business-level proficiency in English (verbal and written) and fluency in Korean.
