Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented ATM Service Engineer to join our dedicated operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services for our customers. Responsibilities

· Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.

· Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

· Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism

· Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed

· Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development

· Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards

Requirements

· Experience Field Service Engineering background. experience on ATM's would be desirable.

· Valid UK driver's license with no more than 6 active points at the time of hire.

· Strong technical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Ability to work well independently

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed

· No live CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcy declarations.
