As a Field Enablement Manager, Professional Oral Healthcare, you will serve as a key connection between the customer, field sales organization, and cross-functional partners, using sales analytics, performance insights, and field-ready tools to support go-to-market strategies and drive growth across Philips’ Professional Oral Healthcare portfolio.

Your role:

  • Support the commercialization of key new product launches, growth initiatives, and go-to-market strategies by developing field enablement plans, monitoring performance and key performance indicators, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities to improve execution and profitability.

You're the right fit if:

Experience with pricing, promotion effectiveness, trade investment, product mix management, distribution, forecasting, customer planning, and/or go-to-market execution is preferred.
  • Your skills include strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work with sales and performance data, analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, and translate complex data into actionable commercial insights, recommendations, and field-ready action plans. You are highly proficient with spreadsheets and data analysis and have strong presentation, communication, prioritization, and time-management skills. Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Finance, Sales, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re an analytical, collaborative, and results-driven professional with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a sense of urgency, effectively balance customer needs, channel strategy, and profitability objectives, and have the leadership potential, energy, and drive to successfully lead projects and initiatives across multiple functions.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
