Sobre esta vaga de FCP Lead- WB Switzerland na ING
Mission - Strategic role & Business Partner for operations management
The FCP Lead is a senior, strategically positioned role within the COO function, acting as primary operational interface between local and Wholesale Banking business stakeholders, Financial Crime Prevention functional line, global FCFP organization, service providers and regulator(s).
The role combines risk mindset, strategic thinking, change leadership and advisory capability next to subject-matter expertise. It also has entire responsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational resilience but also supporting ING’s value-for-money through continuous optimization of tools and services.
The role contributes to ING's ambition to remain compliant but competitive in a rapidly evolving banking landscape by responding to changing customer expectations for faster, simpler and increasingly digital services, while delivering on COO priorities by focusing on scalability, digitization, higher transaction volumes, reduction of error-prone offerings and unlocking AI's potential at a contained cost.
The role promotes a “One-Team” operating model by breaking barriers between countries, lines, teams, domains, hubs and global product/service organizations. It acts as a relationship manager and connector rather than an expert processor, positioned as the interface between local and global business lines (incl Global Process Leads, if any), the broader COO network, centers of excellence and service hubs.
The role ensures compliant, efficient and responsible oversight of processing in hubs for FCFP outsourced activities. While more activities may be performed outside the local entity, the latter remains accountable for quality of client service, operational resilience, data quality and compliance with regulations.
