Position Overview 

• Provide outpatient family medicine care as an extension of a four-physician team, supporting established physician panels across the practice. 

• Partner closely with physicians and clinical staff to help meet patient demand, improve timely access to care and support efficient clinic operations. 

• Serve patients in a welcoming small-town practice known for its supportive team culture, low turnover and strong commitment to treating patients like family. 

Location & Setting 

Scope of Practice / What You’ll Do 

• Conduct patient assessments and provide care for established patients from physician panels. 

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the physician team. 

• Manage medications, review laboratory and imaging results and coordinate follow-up care. 

• Address routine and urgent patient concerns in a timely, patient-centered manner. 

• Provide coverage support during physician absences and help maintain continuity of care. 

• Support physician panel management; this role does not carry an independent patient panel. 

• Procedures are not required for this position.

Qualifications 

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible to practice in Georgia. 

• Acute Care NP, Primary Care NP or PA training/certification required, as applicable to licensure and role scope. 

• Georgia state licensure required. 

• New graduates will be considered. 

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills and commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.
