• Communication with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.)
• Serve as the primary Point of Contact for all IFM matters and property management for the client
• Liaise regularly with client's administrative stakeholders including site leads, receptionists, administrators, and office managers to ensure comprehensive IFM delivery and maintain high property operational standards
• Procurement of goods and services for client buildings
• Conduct regular meetings with Landlord to ensure lease terms are fulfilled (e.g., external maintenance, central plant management)
• Perform regular monthly site inspections
• Oversee and manage vendors delivering daily office cleaning services
• Oversee and ensure proper operation and maintenance of building systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and BMS

Your Profile
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Management or customer service within a large commercial organization
• Proven experience managing facilities contracts and supplier/contractor relationships
• Knowledge of EU Facility legislation and governing bodies
• Quality Assurance knowledge and experience preferred
• Fluency in Turkish and English required
• Willingness to travel to client sites monthly
