Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

• • Monitor and operate electrical systems across High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) networks to ensure stable and reliable power supply.

  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for electrical equipment, including 161kV substations, transformers, switchgears, emergency generators, and UPS systems.

  • Respond promptly to electrical alarms and emergencies, ensuring minimal impact on production and safety.

  • Support commissioning and start-up activities for new electrical installations and system upgrades.

  • Maintain accurate logs and reports of electrical system status, incidents, and maintenance activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve power quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and site-specific safety and operational standards.

  • Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance system reliability.

  • Operate SCADA systems, retrieve abnormal data trends, and perform fault interpretation for electrical equipment and power systems.
    操作SCADA系統，撈取異常數據曲線並進行故障判讀，適用於電氣設備及電力系統。

Qualifications / 資格要求

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required).
    電機工程或相關領域學士學位（必須）。
  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical systems operation and maintenance; semiconductor or advanced manufacturing experience preferred.
    具3–5年電力系統操作與維護經驗；具半導體或先進製造業經驗者優先。
  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, or other science and engineering disciplines, are welcome to apply.

  • Familiar with HV/MV/LV systems, emergency generators, UPS systems, and Taiwan Power Company interface.

  • Ability to perform troubleshooting under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.

Plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs. Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules. Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
