Job Responsibilities

Guest Experience & VIP Relationship Management

• Lead and elevate the guest experience through personalized and memorable service.
• Build strong relationships with repeat, VIP and premium guests.
• Partner with Casino Hosts, Butler Team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Anticipate guest preferences and proactively address needs.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure guest profiles and preferences are consistently updated and utilized.

Service Leadership & Team Development 

• Lead, coach and develop Captains, Hosts and Service Attendants.
• Drive Forbes standards, service excellence and luxury hospitality behaviors.
• Conduct daily briefings and ongoing service coaching.
• Support scheduling of Team Members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations and manpower deployment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene (ISO22000) and operational standards. 
• Monitor cash handling, inventory controls and outlet readiness.
• Partner with Facilities and Engineering to maintain a world-class guest environment.

Job Requirements
 

Education & Certification

• Certificate or Diploma in Restaurant Management is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, executive lounges, private clubs or 5-star hotel environments.

Other Prerequisite

• Proven experience leading guest-facing teams
• Strong VIP guest engagement and service recovery skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching abilities
• Prior Forbes-rated luxury hospitality, executive lounge or private club experience preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, under pressure and luxury hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and willing to learn and growth in hospitality industry within premium luxury service environment.
