For a leading company specializing in the production of automotive products, including lubricants, brake fluids, windscreen washer fluids and antifreeze/coolants, with one of the largest and most modern automotive chemicals manufacturing facilities in Europe, they are looking for an Export Sales Coordinator to join its international sales team.

As part of its expanding export activities, the company is seeking a professional with proven experience in international B2B sales, a strong commercial mindset and a demonstrated track record in developing export markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new customer accounts and business opportunities in international markets.
• Manage and further develop existing international accounts.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers in line with the company’s commercial policy.
• Monitor the progress of customer orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Analyze international markets and competition and identify new business opportunities on a country-by-country basis.
• Travel frequently abroad to visit customers and attend international industry trade shows, with the objective of developing new business relationships and generating leads.
• Oversee compliance with export procedures and ensure the accuracy of relevant documentation, including Incoterms, customs documentation and payment terms.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience in sales, with a strong focus on B2B export sales.
• Proven ability to develop new customer accounts and generate new business.
• Demonstrated track record in growing export sales and developing international markets.
• Experience in automotive products, chemicals or industrial products will be considered a strong advantage.
• Availability for frequent international business travel.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems will be considered an additional advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong results-oriented approach.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
