Relocation: No relocation assistance is available. Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the position location, or relocate at their own expense.

Salary Range: The base salary compensation range for this position is $90,000- $115,000 plus bonus and benefits.

JOB PURPOSE:

Lead the performance and operational capabilities across our Expert organization. Help to create simplified solutions enabling our sales teams (virtual & field) to maximize their executional efforts through our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Proactively create business solutions to maximize the customer experience across multiple channels to help drive incremental reach and to grow expert recommendations. Create and enhance reports that provide valuable insights that shape strategies across the Expert team.

Work in partnership with key internal / external stakeholders to develop strategies that increase the awareness of condition states and consumption of Haleon products. Understand and manage given 3rd party vendor relationships and propose opportunities for enhancement and simplification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively identify opportunities to accelerate expert performance across multiple sales & marketing channels including digital, virtual sales, operations & analytics
• Work in partnership with both expert sales & marketing to ensure seamless integration and integrated executional priorities
• Act as the liaison to help support Expert brand strategies and provide customer centric approaches to the business
• Demonstrate an ability to build, network, and leverage relationships needed to generate support for complex project initiatives and establish executional simplicity
• Partner with our global support teams to ensure the optimization of our CRM system
• Simplify and streamline our monthly sample allocation forecast and delivery process
• Identify business opportunities through data analytics, reporting, dashboards, and trends and make proactive recommendations that can drive positive business outcomes

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/CPG or health care sales (professional)

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce) and reporting

• Strong demonstration of business acumen & analytics

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven ability in partnering business and technical perspectives
• Ability to analyze data, build reports and reveal trends
• Strong verbal and written communication; analytical and organizational skills
• Team focused, motivator, strategic thinker
• Strategic Project Management-development of business plans that generate growth and alignment
• Build and lead cross functional relationships
• Effectively operate in a fast-changing business environment
• Bilingual in French & English would be considered an asset
