[What you will be working on]

• Contribute to the transformation strategy by supporting the team's transition towards AI adoption and digitalization efforts within ESS. 

• Take on the transformational AI and digitalization projects within ESS. You will work with project teams (internal/external), engage in problem-solving exercises, engage in the implementation of monitoring dashboards and be responsible for the accuracy, efficiency, explainability, performance and scalability of the AI and digitalization solutions. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, managers and domain experts to deliver timely AI / digitalization solutions for facilities operations and space management ensuring strong documentation and record-management standards within the team. 

• Develop AI/digitalization solutions with service providers that enhances facilities operations and space optimization and maintain analytic tools, dashboard reporting and processes that aid in data-driven decision making. 

• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to support ESS’s transformation efforts.
