As an Executive Concierge Team Lead you will oversee concierge and administrative support activities that help senior leaders manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information across a busy service environment. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, guide junior team members, build meaningful stakeholder connections, and navigate shifting priorities while maintaining professional and technical standards within our Internal Firm Services practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will support business services and office support work that keeps operations moving smoothly, while developing your own leadership presence and broader understanding of how the work connects to the organization’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Managing executive concierge activities, including complex calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and confidential correspondence
- Coordinating business travel, itinerary changes, and on-the-ground support for senior leaders and visiting stakeholders
- Prioritizing competing requests and adjusting schedules to support shifting business needs and time-sensitive commitments
- Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up actions that keep leaders informed and prepared
- Tracking action items, deadlines, and service requests while maintaining clear records and organized workflows
- Applying analytical thinking to review service patterns, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements
- Interpreting performance data and KPI reports to support service monitoring and operational decisions
- Supporting onboarding and day-to-day guidance for team members through mentoring, feedback, and knowledge sharing
- Handling sensitive information with discretion while following firm policies and professional standards
- Building trusted relationships with executives, internal stakeholders, and service teams to support seamless workplace operations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor Degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Calendar management and executive travel coordination experience
- Communications management across varied internal stakeholder groups
- Analytical thinking for interpreting data and performance trends
- KPI reporting and performance analysis experience
- Secretarial services within workplace or concierge settings
