About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of Executive Assistant to General Manager:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, highly talented, proactive, and organized Executive Assistant to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!

Reporting directly to our General Manager, you will manage executive administrative and secretarial responsibilities and coordinate the activities of the Executive Office. Your role will include managing appointments, transportation, correspondence, VIP guest bookings, arrivals and experiences, as well as supporting operational needs and handling a variety of confidential and sensitive matters requiring sound judgment and discretion.

In addition to the traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities, you will participate in and coordinate special projects assigned by the General Manager. You will be expected to contribute through creative and strategic thinking, support project execution, and develop high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Strong presentation design skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas through compelling visual storytelling are essential for this role.

You will also play a key role in promoting and driving the Moroccan cultural dimension of selected hotel projects and initiatives. You will support the General Manager and hotel leadership team in bringing Moroccan culture to life through guest experiences, events, partnerships, and special projects, helping to showcase the authenticity and richness of Morocco across the property.
