About the Job
We’re looking for a Europe Accessories Merchant to help shape the Accessories strategy for Europe and drive its execution from seasonal brief through assortment building and in-season trading.
Reporting to the Women’s & Accessories Merchandising Director, you will work closely with Global Merchandising, European Apparel Merchants, Planning, Marketing and Commercial teams to drive double-digit growth through consumer-led, profitable assortments across DTC channels.
You will combine product instinct, consumer insight and commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the Levi’s® Accessories business in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the European Accessories strategy and seasonal product brief, identifying consumer, market and assortment opportunities.

• Build the assortment and segmentation strategy across channels, informed by growth targets, planning and historical performance.

• Partner with Global Merchandising and European cross-functional teams to influence product development and ensure European needs are represented.

• Bring a strong consumer and marketplace perspective, translating market trends, competitive insights and performance into actionable recommendations.

• Analyze performance across sell-in, sell-out, ROS, productivity, markdowns, pricing and margin to identify opportunities and inform future assortments.

• Shape the online and offline product journey, defining relevant weekly and monthly product stories aligned with seasonal Big Ideas and Brand strategy.

• Drive in-season trading actions to maximize full-price sales, capture incremental opportunities and minimize inventory risk.

• Present assortments and product strategies at internal and external meetings, delivering a clear and inspiring product story that strengthens Levi’s® brand equity.

• Own merchandising tools and seasonal deliverables, ensuring line plans, range plans, assortment directives, PLM and relevant systems are accurate and delivered on time.

About You

• Experience in apparel and/or accessories merchandising, with exposure to Retail, E-commerce and Wholesale.

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of product performance, pricing and margin.

• Passionate about product, consumers and marketplace trends, with a curious and proactive mindset.

• Strong communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate across functions.

• Highly organized, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Open to travel approximately 20%.

This is a hybrid position based in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is € 57,800 – € 77,000 per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
