Job Description
Responsible for adapting, localising, managing and maintaining ETF product content and materials for distribution, marketing and client use across Asia Pacific. The role supports sales teams and client engagement through timely, accurate and well-structured product information, while working closely with ETF strategists, capital markets, product management, marketing and sales teams globally to communicate Invesco's ETF capabilities effectively across the region.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Serve as the primary ETF product contact for APAC sales teams, providing clear, accurate and well-structured responses to client and sales enquiries by leveraging insights from global ETF strategists, product specialists and independent analysis.
Customise, localise and maintain global ETF content for APAC use, including presentations, one-pagers, web content, product updates, market commentary, sales collateral and other client-facing materials.
Maintain a centralised and up-to-date library of ETF product materials, ensuring product information, positioning, performance data and market insights remain accurate, consistent and relevant for APAC stakeholders.
Work closely with ETF strategists, capital market, product management teams globally, as well as local sales and marketing teams, to translate global investment views, product positioning and thought leadership into relevant APAC messaging.
Partner with local marketing teams to refine and streamline processes for promoting Invesco's ETF capabilities through client communications, webinars, podcasts, events and other distribution channels.
Provide local market intelligence to ETF teams, delivering insights on client demand, market trends, competitive developments, industry flows, and product opportunities across Asia Pacific.
Support APAC ETF Product Specialists and sales teams with product-related analysis, presentations, client meetings, RFPs and ongoing business development initiatives.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
2-5 years of relevant experience in a product specialist capacity in financial services (e.g., product manager, portfolio manager, trader, research, etc.).
Prior funds industry experience (especially ETFs) highly valued.
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
Excellent content creation and communication skills, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and the ability to present complex investment concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources, interpret data and communicate actionable insights.
Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in quantitative analysis, written materials, presentation content and formatting.
Strong quantitative / analytical skills and ability to work with data (e.g., in Excel) effectively and efficiently.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial drive and demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused role
Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in a relevant Asian language highly desirable
Formal Education:
University degree, preferably in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
CFA or other relevant professional investment qualifications highly valued.
