Join Our Flash Team as an Estimator Inside Sales

Flash is looking for an Estimator Inside Sales to support our Construction team in delivering parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) solutions and EV chargers for new construction projects. In this entry-level role, you’ll work closely with our Construction Sales team to identify projects, develop accurate bids, and help build strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and architects.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who has an expert-level understanding of Flash products and is interested in developing their skills in construction estimating and project coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while keeping things moving forward.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with the Construction Sales team to prepare and deliver accurate PARCS bids for new construction projects nationwide
• Determine whether pre-qualifications are in place with targeted general contractors
• Develop, receive, and review invitations to bid from general contractors and respond with accurate PARCS quotes by established deadlines
• Organize and maintain contacts from awarded and previously bid projects to expand the estimator network and identify the best points of contact for future opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractor estimators, developers, and architects to secure additional bid invitations
• Use Flash's internal administrative tools and Salesforce to track communications, document activities, and monitor project progress
• Ensure accurate project handoffs to regional sales teams, including contacts, project details, and next steps
• Create efficiencies and support a clean knowledge transfer from Sales to the Project team
• Meet with your manager and internal teams through daily and weekly meetings to collaborate, communicate progress, and identify potential blockers
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Demonstrate professional working behavior by building constructive relationships, communicating proactively and effectively, supporting colleagues, and contributing to collaborative problem-solving
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring:

Experience & Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Coordination, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience in estimating, preparing quotes, project coordination, or a related field
• Experience working with Salesforce preferred
• Experience with construction software such as Bluebeam, ConstructConnect, and Adobe preferred
• Experience communicating with internal and external customers in a professional or technical environment
• Knowledge of Flash products and/or experience in the PARCS industry preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Coordination, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience with estimating, quoting, project coordination, or construction-related processes preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Construction software experience, including Bluebeam or ConstructConnect, preferred
• Flash product knowledge and/or PARCS industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
