[What the role is]
To engage with and care for our residents by delivering excellent housing management services to meet diverse housing needs and achieve national social objectives.[What you will be working on]
- Your responsibilities as an Estate Manager include the review and/or administration of public housing policies, rules and regulations for HDB living; administration of mortgage financing matters; and the management of lease matters such as transfer of flat ownership, renting out of flat and monetisation options.
- You may be involved in the allocation and management of rental flats and car parks; provide guidance and assistance to flat owners and tenants on the maintenance of their flats.
- You are also expected to engage HDB residents & work in partnership with other agencies/stakeholders to deliver estate renewal programmes (e.g. Home Improvement Programme) and co-create solutions & resolve housing management issues.
- With the rich information gathered through customer interactions & case management, it is necessary that you are able to work with data and generate useful insights to improve work processes & customer service.

You should be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, possess a customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels.
Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
