ERP Application Support Specialist
Weston - Florida, USA | Full-time | Onsite
About Ontic Weston
Weston is Ontic's newest site and an important part of the next stage of our growth in the US. Acquired in 2026, the 100,000 sq ft facility will become a dedicated Original Equipment production site, complementing our MRO Center of Excellence in nearby Miramar. Together, our two South Florida locations give Ontic the space and capability to continue expanding as customer demand grows.
Joining Weston at this stage means more than joining a new facility. You'll have the opportunity to help build it - shaping teams, ways of working and culture as we prepare the site for operations in 2027. If you're energised by growth, change and the chance to create something from the ground up, this is a rare opportunity to do exactly that.
The opportunity
We're looking for an ERP Application Support Specialist to provide day-to-day functional and technical support for our ERP and warehouse management applications, including Syteline, Factory Track and Infor OS. You'll work with teams across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory and sales to resolve application issues, support users and help ensure our systems and processes meet business needs.
Alongside day-to-day support, you'll contribute to ERP and warehouse management system implementations, upgrades, integrations and improvements, working with business teams, developers, project managers and external partners.
What you'll be doing
- Provide day-to-day support for Syteline, Factory Track and Infor OS, resolving user queries, incidents and application issues in line with agreed priorities.
- Investigate recurring ERP and warehouse management system issues, identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions and document resolutions.
- Support system configurations, workflows, modules, reports, patches and upgrades, working with developers and external partners where technical changes are required.
- Work with teams across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory and sales to understand requirements and support effective ERP and warehouse management processes.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides and user documentation, and deliver role-based training.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity and support trends, while supporting audits, data migration and service and operational metrics.
- Support implementations, migrations and enhancements through requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, deployment, change management and post-go-live support.
What you'll bring
- At least three years of experience supporting ERP, warehouse management or comparable enterprise applications in a functional or technical support role.
- Practical experience with one or more of Syteline, Factory Track and Infor OS, including application support, configuration, maintenance or user assistance.
- Strong incident investigation, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable resolutions.
- Experience supporting business processes across manufacturing, finance, inventory, sales or supply-chain operations.
- Experience contributing to ERP projects such as implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations or significant system enhancements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain system concepts to users with different levels of technical knowledge and produce effective process documentation.
- Desirable: Familiarity with SQL, ERP integrations, data migration, Windows Server, Infor OS, issue-tracking tools, change management or Lean or ERP-led process improvement. Relevant Syteline, Factory Track, Infor OS or associated ERP technology training or certification is also desirable.
