As an EPM - EPBCS - Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. You will navigate through the firm, building a brand for yourself and opening doors to more opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Developing and applying business process analysis and optimization models to enhance financial planning and analysis processes
- Engaging in strategic data analysis to inform insights and recommendations for performance improvement
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for performance assessment and reporting
- Conducting process root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational challenges
- Supporting the development of financial planning and forecasting models to drive profitability management
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and build a personal brand within the firm

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing skills in Planning Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF)
- Engaging in Business Process Analysis and Optimization Models
- Applying Financial Planning and Financial Forecasting techniques
- Developing insights through Strategic Data Analysis and Performance Reports
