Envoy Global has an opening for an Enterprise Specialist is responsible for assisting Envoy's clients with a proactive approach while finding and driving solutions to customer issues, ensuring greater adoption and retention to improve the service and growth for our customers. The objective of this role will be to maintain successful partnerships with our customers to understand their business needs, and continuously delight them with exceptional and empathetic customer service. 

This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates residing anywhere within the U.S.

As our Enterprise Specialist, you will be required to: 

• Services delivered by the Enterprise Specialist shall be limited to assisting Company with its management of Envoy-related immigration Matters. These services may include:
• Initiating cases on the Envoy Platform on the clients behalf as requested  
• Coordinating with new hires and existing the clients employee who have questions about their ongoing cases
• Fielding internal immigration and perm residency questions to coordinate with the appropriate subject matter experts  
• Proactively monitoring case progress against start dates and expected timelines
• Coordinating fully with our clients HR team (People Consultants, People Practices Team, Candidate Support Advisors), TA (Talent Acquisition Team), client employees, Envoy’s customer service teams, and signatories to complete case documentation 
• Coordinate with internal parties for approval on work authorization renewals 
• Other services as mutually agreed by the Parties
• Regular updates/communications to the team 

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 

• Relevant work experience; College degree preferred 
• 2-6 years of experience in a client facing and customer service role, or related customer/client account services role 
• Experience in the immigration industry working as a paralegal or in a client/customer facing role is highly preferred 
• At least 2 years of experience in employment immigration while managing a large caseload or multiple projects/priorities 
• Experience in handling escalated issues 
• Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite 
• Experience with PowerBI a plus 

HOURLY RANGE- $30.00-$33.00 per hour
